Generally speaking, the purification process of argon gas is achieved through purification devices, and the purification methods of argon gas can be divided into direct deoxygenation method and adsorbent purification method.
Direct deoxygenation method: using active metals to react with oxygen in argon gas, digesting the oxygen in argon gas to achieve deoxygenation. The water molecules in argon gas adsorbed by molecular sieves are reduced to a water content of less than 1ppm.
Purification method of suction agent: using suction purification agent or desiccant, suction agent can form stable compounds with trace impurities in argon gas, thereby achieving the effect of refining argon gas. After purification by suction agent purification method, the purity of high-purity argon can reach up to 6 9s.
